Whatever the message you want to convey, if you want to spread it to as many people as you know, using a mailing list or a distribution list is one of the best ways of doing so. And Microsoft Outlook makes it very easy to create and add members to your distribution list. Begin by going to File -> New -> Distribution List in the main Outlook Menu.
